As a rugby player, it’s a pleasure to not only get great care from my physiotherapist (Lisa) but also get to use their awesome gym and equipment during my session. Each session I’ve had I improve and learn about the best ways to train on and off the field. Lisa is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience to draw from to help with each issue I bring to her.
